Hi there,

In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes. I would submit a third item to that list: CHANGE. 2013 has been a year full of change at TOPS Software – all of which we hope makes us a more responsive technology partner for our clients. As we approach year end we begin to reflect on changes that have come about and begin to share with you more exciting changes in our future – all with an eye toward serving you better.

TOPS has implemented a new support system which integrates our phone and Customer Care website portal. One of the changes is that every TOPS client has been assigned a unique SUPPORT ID number. This ID should be used when communicating with our Technical Support department. The SUPPORT ID is our way of ensuring that your unique CLIENT ID will remain private. Find your ID at the top of this e-mail., or contact your Account Rep.
